What is a Dispatch?
A dispatch represents:
- A group of shipments for delivery
- Assigned to a driver or vehicle

Creating Dispatches
Manual Creation
Create a dispatch manually:
- Go to Dispatch > Create
- Enter dispatch details:
- Name/identifier
- Driver assignment
- Vehicle assignment
- Planned date
- Add shipments to the dispatch
- Save the dispatch
Dispatch Details
When creating, specify:
- Dispatch Name - Identifier for the dispatch
- Driver - Who will make the deliveries
- Vehicle - Which vehicle will be used
- Date - When deliveries will occur
- Notes - Special instructions
Adding Shipments
Add shipments to a dispatch:
- Open the dispatch
- Go to Shipments section
- Click "Add Shipments"
- Select from available unassigned shipments
- Confirm addition
Removing Shipments
Remove shipments from a dispatch:
- Open the dispatch
- Find the shipment
- Click "Remove"
- Shipment returns to unassigned
